Under LCP sponsored spouse has 2 marriages not annuled due to financial issues !

Im under the LCP on open permit.Immigration send me a noticed last march 2013 that in 3 months time my family will receive a kit for PR.since they didnt receive by june i send a email to manila (canadian Embassy) so they send me application form theu email and will just send to my family so that they can fill up.
This the problem arised my husband took the cenomar in NSO he had 3 marriages 1973 (he was 17 , no kids)1993 (1 child born 1987 )and 1995(we got married this year) we have 3 kids.
Since I was confused that time i seek an immigration lawyer and he advised me not to submit the application coz it was so complicated caes . He wrote to immigration in canada and in manila ... To removed my husband fron the sponsorhip since he was not eligible only my 3 kids. Until now i can not believed this happened ,i sacrificed too much just to be away from my kids for their future.if he just tell me before i applied for my PR i could removed him from that time but its too late now Im just praying to my Lord that the immigation will allow me and my children to process our PR.
If anybody had the same story like mine so that i will feel more encourage rather than discourage.

1. Well your marriage is not valid, as it appears your spouse was already married when he married you. It is called bigamy.
2. You removed your spouse from the application, so he is no longer a member of the family class, you can't sponsor him as C/law as I have to assume you have been apart for at least 3 years as you were processed under the LCP.
3. There really is no encouragement that can be given. He can't be sponsored, only your children.
