Under EE- CEC do we required to produce the ECA for the score impovement

Hi ,

I have applied under EE - CEC class , i have masters degree in india, But i did not get any score for my education in the EE online application. Do i need to get my ECA to get the score for Education ?

Any suggestions for getting ECA from india ?

I applied under CEC withouth ECA and I had very low score (little bit more than 300 points). With ECA it raised a lot, you can apply without it, but don't expect do be picked soon ;/
