Undeclared common law not yet pr

Hi guys I hope someone can help me.
I applied pr under caregiver pathway home support worker. I wasn't able to declare my common law partner because he was married back in the Philippines not legally separated and there's no divorce in Philippines.

I was afraid that my application could be refused because of him.

Now I'm inside Canada and currently gaining 6 months experience on Pr application can I still declare my partner without being misrepresented?

I hope someone here with the same case as mine. We have a child under his name.
