I submitted my application for PR under Express Entry 7 months ago but no decision has been made yet. I requested for ATIP and I found a note that my eligibility is requested for review. The note says “Client enquiry-NRT Unable to confirm work experience as not salary and job description is provided. Therefore PA lost 50 crs points for foreign work experience and 15 FSW points.”
I worked for a foreign government for more than 6 years and I submitted the governmental decisions proving (1) work recruitment with starting date + (2) salary promotion with a specific salary code+ (3) work termination. The decisions name the job as government officials subject to the law and the salary was not an absolute number but with a salary code subject to my home country's law.
My question is can I submit any additional documents to clarify my work history? My work history was a bit special because documents were made by the government pursuant to the law so I could not add more information. What should I do if my application is rejected on that ground?
