I took unauthorized break for four months, but will finish my two years diploma in April 2019. I will not be eligible for pgwp but will my institution give me diploma with completion letter ?

Your studies have to be continuous to qualify for a PGWP. If you took an unauthorized break, you should be expecting your PGWP to be refused.

The answer to that question is yes.

Yes as long as you complete the required courses/credits you will get diploma also there have been changes to the PGWP rules so talk to international advisors about new rules you might still qualify for PGWP.

not true. if you have a valid leave for leave, you can provide them with the reason and you will be eligible for PGWP. One condition is that the leave must be less than 180 days (6 months)
