Unable to validate renewal application

I have completed the renewal application online 5444e, saved it, but am unable to validate it. It says it is not complete as the eye colour has not been completed - but there is no section that asks for this anywhere. What if I send it in without validation?

There may still be random `glitches' like this with the online system. Keep trying, but at some point you may need to contact IRCC or submit a paper application.

Oh...and are you aware that now everyone applying for a PR Card renewal MUST provide some evidence of residency in Canada, from Appendix A? Previously to the change to the form ( last week) and the Document Checklist, only those that had spent 1095 days or more outside Canada needing to provide such evidence.
