unable to upload document requested by IRCC

Hello All,
My Express Entry visa timeline just got over at 20th november, on the same day i got email from IRCC to provide Explanation regarding intended province of destination and uploat it in MyCIC account, but there is no section under my account where i can upload this document also deadline to provide the document is 26th november. I have already raised a tech query. Can any one please help what can be done in this case. Any helpline number ?

Raise a webform query and send the required documents to IRCC through the webform.
