well i tried and tried but dont failed to get what pnp is actually is and how different it is from our pr and expres entry
can someone explain in easy words

Basically the Provincial Nomination Programs allow the different provinces to target skilled workers for immigrations purposes. There are different ways to immigrate using a provintial nomination. Most provinces have an express entry stream, which means that if you are in the EE pool (after being determined as elegible) you can apply to a province to be nominated. If you are, you get 600 extra points on EE meaning you will get an Invitation to Apply on the next draw.

yea, good, pnp can also be outland and also inland applicant, when it comes to job offer, i will advice you to go for work permit, pnp this days is generaly slow both outland and inland

Not all PNP's require a job offer. You will need to check each one of then to find which suits you better
