Unable to submit EOI for Manitoba

I wanted to confirm that if I am not working in Manitoba then I cannot submit EOI?

Its giving me an error - If you are not currently working in Manitoba, you must have at least one connection to Manitoba specified.

The error message answers your question. You need to have at least one connection to Manitoba if you are not currently working in Manitoba.

As explained to you in other threads…what stream are you even eligible for? Only Skilled Worker Overseas. And for that you need a job offer through a overseas recruitment mission or your employer needs to have approval for hiring someone overseas. There have not been recruitment missions for years. For this, your employer needs to prove no one can be hired locally and show Immigration Manitoba and their list of candidates. Not just one. You don’t have that so are not eligible.

You need a LMIA and then a closed work permit. Then you may be eligible for Skilled Workers in Manitoba.

Or you need a family member or friend to take on the sponsorship role.
