Unable to renew OHIP after PR because previous Worker status

Hi,

Went to Service Ontario location, they told me to go to a Full-Service location such as the one inside City Hall in Ottawa to change my status from Worker to PR.

City Hall is closed.

What can I do? Thanks!

There’s one in kemptville and another one in embrun. Verify the hours before you go, for instance embrun location is open only on specific days at specific times. Good luck.

The 2 locations I mentioned are “full service” locations.

Thanks guys, went to the one in Kemptville. A lot fewer people. Check the SO website if the location you are going to is normally very busy.
