Unable to Register with JobBank.. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi All,

I have just completed my EE profile and I received email/message on MyCIC account to register with Job Bank. When I follow/open the link provided in PDF document, I get page not found error. How I will be able to register with Job Bank with my EE Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation code? Any thoughts?
