Unable to print filled out cit0002e-2 PDF form

Hi peeps,

I have filled out and saved the latest (downloaded the form today) cit0002e-2 PDF in the latest Adobe Reader DC on my Mac. When I try to print, it always throws this error message, and printing doesn't happen.
"The document could not be printed."
followed by:
"There were no pages selected to print."

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Try another computer/reinstall driver/Adobe? Probably nothing has to do with the form itself
