Almost ready to mail application and I thought that fee payment would be easy.
It seems no bank in my country is able to generate a check, money order of bank draft in any currency other than local and US Dollar and Euros.
Then I tried in Bank of America in Florida and it seems they can't either. Just wire transfer.
The Canadian Embassy is in Mexico and in there web site they have a exchange rate there from Canadian dollars to "pesos mexicanos" which are unavailable too in my area.
WTH????
