Unable to make payment for Permanent Residence under express entry

Please Help!!

I am unable to pay my Permanent Residence fees under express entry online since Nov 19th. As soon as I land on the payment page I receive an technical error. Tweeted this to CIC, raised technical problem, raised ticket on web form, called IRCC, still no response/no update I have revalidated each section and still unable to make the payment.

Is anyone else experiencing same problem as me. Please suggest how can I fix this problem!!

Go back and check for overlaps or things not in chronological order. That's fixed it for others.

I had the same issue. In education section they have added new questions so you have to answer those. So , update all your education fields and try again. It will work.
