Ohhhhh... Sorry this didn't work for you.

Are you entering passport details ? Do not include passport details. Leave the passport number, and date field blank. I forgot to mention about it.

Entered email id in lower case.

Selected Application number and family name from dropdown. Mentioned it exactly as it was in the application in upper case.

This is it. Try again.

You could also call the ircc help line number if things still don't work for you.

I tried with and without passport details.

You said email Id in lower case, where is that? Or maybe you mean something else?

I appreciate all the help soooo much :)

I tried to fill out the technical support 2 weeks ago and they never replied back. I'm so afraid to contact them because I don't want it to slow anything down. But ok also going crazy not being able to check what everyone else can see

Email id is at the top most sectioon. Mention the principal applicant email id and other details since the principal applicants Application would be searched.

If the technical support is not responding, try calling the ircc customer care with your application number and UCI.

The above steps didn't work for you before, right? I wonder what seems to be the problem. Does his name include a middle name? If so, try including that.

Right, I tried the above steps before and it did not work. He doesn't have a middle name, and I verified how they had his name on the letters they sent.
Interestingly enough, when they sent me my letter it has the app number and my UCI. But my husbands letter says that his UCI and app number is at the top left on the letter and it only has the application number.
I also wonder, because we actually filled all the forms out by hand and didn't validate them maybe it's not "in" the mycic system yet? I don't know I'm just thinking of all scenarios haha

For SA letter, the UCI and App Number belong to you.

For AOR2 ( email from Mexico), the UCI belongs to him. Only one app number.

My sponsor did not receive any email for SA.
I being the prinicpal applicant received AOR1 from Cic.

Are emails sent to both of us ?

Hopefully when we get AOR2 from Mexico soon. I know they take a little longer, and then maybe I'll be able to link. And hopefully they send an email because for SA and letter to my hubby, they mailed it Canada post.

You guys are awesome by the way! ;D
