Unable to link my daughters account to my gckey.

Hi good day.. Is there anyone who has same case with me. We cant link the account of my daughter to my gc key. We unfortunately locked ny gc key account beacuse we entered wrong security questions 3 times. We succesfully link my sons account except for my daughter.. Yesterday we recieved email from cic.donotreply and they said my son and husband is aproved. We need to print the letter of passport request but because we cant link the account of my daughter. We cant do it. We emailed and call the cic and other imigration but its a call center and they cant help us. Pls help us. We are so deppressed. We entered all correct information but it always says they cant find the account.

Just to be clear, which account was locked? If you locked yourself out of your GCKey, there is no way to recover it. You have to create a new GCKey account and link it to your existing applications.

I locked mine but i made a new one. I succesfuly linked my sons application except for my daughter. Its says that they cant find the application. We entered the infos correctly like the UCI numbers, place of birth, passport number etc. But they cant find it. Yesterday they are all aproved my husband and son. We print the passport request letter except for my daughter because we cant link the application.

Was your daughter's application made online or was it a paper application?

If paper, the PPR letter should be sent via regular mail or to the email address mentioned in the application.

We recieved email but it just an email notification from cicdonotreply.. But to be able to view it. We must open ng gc key. Unfortunately. We cant link the account of my daughter..
