Unable to link application to GC Key

Hi all
i have not been able to link my spouse application
i am selecting PR for category and Family class (spouses) for sub
and filling the rest but it is not able to find application
any suggestions?

So you are January applicant and have passed medical?

When registering in GCKey make sure that you indicate the number of applicants on file = PA + Sponsor + dependents.
if your wife doesn't have children indicate 2 (you and your wife).

medical is passed yes.

i was able to search the application this time as i was entering the applicants number wrong. Thank you for that.
i am unable to link as of now as i use a rep so i would have to unauthorize them first but i will just hang on to them for now

Having a rep should not be a bar to you signing up for GCKey. I am rep for my wife and her sister. They are able to access GCKey without "unrepping" me.

I got a message saying i have to fill a form because i have a rep

It's probably if you have a paid rep, because I do and it's giving me the same instruction about the form for the rep.

Hi! I'm having the same problem - unable to link application to PA's CGkey's account.
Is it only possible after the medical is passed? She has not done that yet...

Answering my own question..! I found this post from 2019 which worked for me!

Here's what worked for me (and a few others) in terms of linking:
-Use App# + Family name (enter the Family name how it shows up in the AOR email - for me it was all CAPS)
-Enter passport info instead of City of Birth
-Married & 2 applicants (if it's just the two of you)

adding applicants to 2 worked for me
But i will have to disassociate my rep in order to have access myself which i will not be doing

i was adding application to 1. It is supposed to be 2

Only PA can link application or can Sponsor also link it with his details?

I am also having the same issue since getting AOR. Havent gotten BIL or MIL. Do I have to get those with PA UCI to link?
I am sponsor and representative (able to link to PR tracker)

I have the same problem. My stream is self-employed so kindly guide me first about sub category. I tried with Family Class (Spouse) and Self-Employed persons but I'm not able to link. It says, no application found.
