unable to get a record of employment from previous employer

Just checking, but if a previous disgruntled employer aren't responding to my requests, if I upload a PDF containing a copy of my 2 email requests, some payslips and an ROE (shows record of hours etc but no job title or noc code), this should be fine correct? Its only a 3 month period, and my other job gave me 3 years solid experience and I have everything I need from them. Shouldn't be a problem should it? Thanks!

You won't get credit for it (no job duties/responsibilities), but you don't need it. I'd say you've covered your bases as best as you can -
