Please someone help me if my duites align with NOC B or not.
Even though I started working as a warehouse associate, but my roles and responsibilities have changed after some period, but currently i am working as a control control associate but duites include as follows:
- Supervising and coordinating quality control procedures within the warehouse and cooler environments.
- Inspecting and testing incoming and outgoing produce to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Using quality measurement tools (thermometers, Brix testers, etc.) to evaluate internal product quality.
- Monitoring labeling, expiry dates, storage conditions, and hygiene standards, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Preparing daily quality inspection reports, recording findings in digital systems, and rating product quality.
- Making decisions on acceptance, rejection, or disposal of products based on inspection results.
- Training and guiding staff on quality assurance protocols, food safety, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Collaborating with buyers, supervisors, and warehouse management to resolve quality issues and maintain high product standards.
