i work as quality control technician at a poultry processor
my job duties are as follow:
conducting chlorine test ,
assisting in making samples for laboratory test(we don’t perform tests - we send them out for gov issued labs), performing moisture pickup analysis , checking incoming and outgoing product for quality , analyzing raw materials for contamination ,making sure workers follow all the GMP and food safety procedures, ensuring the quality of products at each stage, keeping records for regular audits etc
Also occasionally provide training to new people
so would be my noc code
and i don’t have background in chemistry
