I am stuck at a point and would really appreciate if anyone can assist me,
I already had a profile in the express entry. I updated some details and its status changed to "Update Not Submitted". I withdraw this profile but the status on the home page still shows to be "Update Not Submitted". However, when I view my profile detailed page, I see the statement written "You are not a part of express entry pool since you have withdrawn your profile". I assume the status is withdrawn but is not getting reflected on the home page.
My problem is I am not able to alter the current profile since it is withdrawn and I am not getting the option to create a new one. I have already raised a technical issue on the website. Does anyone have an alternate solution to this issue?
Should I go ahead and create a new GC key and a new profile thereafter linked with the new GC key?
