Unable to clear IELTZ. Is there any other way I can move to Canada.

Hi all,
I just gave my 3 rd attempt but was again not able to clear as i got 6.5 in writing.
I am a post grad in india. Is there any other way I can move to Canada.

You can get your CBL 9 in TEF as well.
Or you can as many others do, redo your test until you will get there (there are people here who had like 10+ attempts to get their wanted score).
Please be aware, that CBL 7 for IELTS actually means to score 6 in everything.
