Hi everyone, more than 13 years ago I was refused the UK visa around 2005,
now while filling Canada Tourist Visa form

1- Should I mention that refusal or not ?
2- If yes what details should I describe ?

As the details are not available with me and even I don't know the actual date,
I don't have this passport as well.

As it was hand written passport. Which does not work now and I have visited many countries afterwards and nobody asked me about that passport ever.

What should I do kindly advice.

Best Regards

Be honest.

The answer is yes, you have been refused. Give approximate dates and tell them you don’t remember why.

No need to mention.

Not mentioning the refusal and possibly being slapped with a five year ban ? The question is not rocket science ...have they ever been refused a visa ?
The answer would be "Yes", why someone would want say No and roll the dice and possibly be rewarded with a five year ban is beyond me

No need to mention.

And that’s how people get refused and/or banned. The question is Have you ever been refused or denied entry.
No mention of when or how long ago.

Again I recommend you not to mention 13 years old refusal which was given on hand written passport!!!!

It’s not like the UK kept hand written notes in 2005. How the passport was written has no relevance to how UK immigration keeps records.
