I got a transit visa rejection from UK back in 2018. What could have been a simple no came back with a plethora of reasons, lol. I am concerned about 3 things:

1. What should I mention in statutory questions in PR application? A summary of all of these reasons or just a simple one-liner that the visa was rejected over my personal and financial circumstances.

2. I am concerned about the point where it says I could not demonstrate my wife and child were living in Pakistan. They have never travelled abroad so this point makes me nervous. I like to think that they somehow thought I could not demonstrate it only. I was eligible to reapply too.

3. Should I upload this letter or just mentioning in statutory questions will do? This letter has outrageous arguments.

You can just mention simple that your visa was refused and following is application number and reason in short paragraph. Don’t hide anything.

Just mention the refusal. It will not have any negative impact on the application.
it is much better than not to mention it.
