I was refused to enter UK for 10 years due to forge docs issue (Bank Statement) in 2011. I would like to know if I have an option to go as dependent on Spouse Student Visa.
I am looking for helpful guidance from Wise people on this forum so that I can file for Dependent Visa. This time I have all genuine documents and I will declare to CIC about what had happened because if I hide then it will bring me more trouble for future applications. I understand that there will be greater degree of Scrutiny but will CIC bluntly reject my application and Can I file both spouse’s and dependent applications together?
Spouse Age: 27 years
Education: BDS from India
IELTS: 7 with no band less than 6.5
Age: 30 Years
Education: PG Diploma (Level 7) from UK
IELTS: 8 with no band less than 7.5
