I lived in the UK for 2.5 years and I have 2 addresses I lived there but they had no legal rent agreements or any other form of legal paperwork and they were just word of mouth dealings and paid rent in cash so should I mention these addresses in the list of addresses in the UK PCC form? Or just mention my permanent and current address of my home country?

Yes, you should list them in your address history. No worries, they are not gonna need tangible proof of your address history in the UK. If anything, they would only need address proof for your current address in your home country.

I had to get a police certificate from the UK, they didn’t ask for any documents. But I think you have to list your UK addresses in the online police certificate request form, it is not an option. Also you need a sponsor to confirm your identity, this is quite tricky. My family lawyer helped me with this.

Alright I might just do that. I just wasn't sure because I doubt they will have those addresses in their database but best to mention them still.
Also, will there be any problem if the dates are approximate since I don't remember them?

Why is the sponsor part tricky? I'm just planning to use my colleagues information and he's okay with it. He's a software engineer so it should be in their list of acceptable occupations? It has IT specialist in it.
