Hey people,

I am hoping someone might be able to give me some advice on this problem.

I have already booked onto and paid for a very expensive snowboard instructors course in Canada and it was only recently brought to my attention that I might not be accepted entry because I have been arrested previously. The reason I didn't think about it previously is because I am in the British army and have been to the USA before with no problems, but obviously the American government must have wavered this for training purposes. I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Your admission into the British Army seems to indicate you are ok but answers to the questions below if you are ok with it will help determine your inadmissibility into Canada or not.

1. What date was the arrest? (month/year will suffice)
2. How old were on this date?
3. What was the charge?
4. Were you convicted?
5. What was the nature/ duration of the conviction?
6. Was 5 the maximum allowable penalty, if not what is the max term for example?
