UGC Recognition date and WES

Hi All,

Please help me if you all can,

I was enrolled in bachelor in LIB- Science from 2012 till 2013 July, on the UGC website my University is on the recognized list but the Date of Application made by University column says 05, May 2013. Will this create any problem as far as assessment is concerned?
