Please could you tell me where can I find my UCI Number on my previous TR Visa?, or I don't have one?

it should be on the last line which says "c.rec" towards the right.

if you have a study or work permit currently it should be under "client id"

both of this refers to your uci.

Please can somebody advise me in the house. I got an admission in the college in canada and about to apply for study permit and they ask for UCI. My application has been returned once in 2010 for FSW and given UCI. Though I have the number but my fear is that they may think i want to use admission to migrate since i have indicated interest to migrate in 2010 and refuse me. Now the question is (1) What is the implication if UCI is not quoted? (2) If quoted will it not nagatively affect my chances? Will they know if not quoted? please i am completing my application now and will need this information.

providing UCI will help them trace your record easily. Whether you give it or not if they think you will use your studies for migrating still the impact is same. Better you give anyway they will still be able to trace it and besides you will immediately know the result instead prolonging it.

UCI stands for “unique client identifier.” It is also known as a client identification number (client ID). It appears on official documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). It has four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).

If you are applying to CIC for the first time, you will not yet have a UCI. If so, and you are filling out a form that asks for one, write “Not Applicable” or “N/A” in the space provided.

If you are applying online and the form does not allow you to input “N/A,” leave the space blank

Where can I find my client ID/UCI?

This eight digit number appears on all documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). It looks like this: 0000-0000.
If you applied to CIC before

Look for this number on:

letters you received from CIC,
your immigration document such as a PR card, study or work permit.

If you do not have any of these documents but want to fill out an application form:

you can leave the field for UCI (Client ID) blank.
