My app has returned to me last year because cap reached. Now under UCI number, there's a 8-digit number hand written. Should I include that in my new application or not?

I think you should.They already have your details on system ....so there is no risk to you.All the best with the new application.

I agree, you should write your the then UCI number........

I tried checking my status with the ecas system but there were information found regarding my UCI number. So I'm not really sure!

It really doesn't matter what the ecas is saying regarding your old UCI number.You are making a new application and you may or not still be assigned the same UCI.I suggest you get proactive with new application.

i also mention my old UCI in my new application.

dont hide ur this old application.
