UCI Number on Generic Form IMM 0008

Hello All,

Indicate your Unique Client Identifier number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number).
Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

Based on this above statement,knowing that my application was returned with UCI # assigned to it and planning to
submit by June,do i need to write this number in my current application.

Please when I applied for the tourist visa with my husbsnd, we were issued Unique Client Identifier (UCI).

And when we filled out the express entry profile,I was issued a different UCI.

Which one should I use to fill the forms?
