UCI number during second ITA

Hi,
I have been invited to apply for PR few months ago and the application has been cancelled due to incomplete info. I received another ITA now and in this application i was asked to supply UCI number. My question is that

1. The initial rejection letter for my first ITA contains a 12 digit code. Is it the same code that I need to enter in my second ITA
2. Does the same code applies to all my dependents? The application has been asking for UCI for all of them.

UCI code will remain same anytime you apply for any visa to Canada. My study permit was rejected three years back, still I was allotted the same UCI though my passport number changed due to renewal.
