I have a doubt that the UCI number for visitor visa application for my mother application is starting by 36 in the series and for my dad it's starting at 11 series.
My dad and mom applied for a visitor visa together and my dad received it and for my mother it still shows under the process.
Any suggestions will be really helpful.
