UCI - confusion

I got ITA on 11th july draw.
I applied for canada visitor visa from delhi,india in May2018.
While filling details in PR application I was asked to enter UCI id for myself for my spouse and for my child.

Confusion - what should I mention in my UCI field??will that be same number which I got when I applied visitor visa or I need to write blank or leave empty???

Please experts help me on this

i applied for visitor visa for canada and my application was rejected and a refusal letter came with a UCI. i received an ITA so should i mention it in my EE profile under this question: "Has **** applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
Moreover i forgot to mention it in my pre-ITA application. would that be a problem?
