UCI - Asking For Mailing Adress with POBOX

Hi
My application for fswp was delivered to sydney NS on 14th September 2013. Last week I received an Email from CIO search inquiry, asking me for my mailing adress and PO box address.

They also assigned the UCI number to my case.

What does this mean?
Is my case positively assessed?
Why they are asking for mailing adress whereas this is already mentioned in my filled forms?
Does UCI means that my application was received before the CAP reached.?

Any information is highly appreciated.

If they are asking for your address, this means that your application was received after the cap was reached and they are sending your application back to you unprocessed.
