Would a traffic violation appear on PCC from UAE? & if so, would it impact the spousal sponsorship application?

if you are in UAE just request online its 150 AED online. Traffic Violation is not a criminal offence otherwise someone get killed in an accident

No injuries, but DUI. I know its not criminal but not sure if it would impact the application. thanks for your reply.
