Dear All,

I'm on the process of gathering all the required documents for submission. I feel sad, because I can not get an employment certificate from my employer. I don't want to tell him that I am will use it for Canada visa because I don't want him to know yet that I am planning to leave. (For sure, I will tell him when I got my visa) What should I do now? What document can I present in lieu of this certificate?

Hi, and what about his job responsibilities? He has to present his job profile to the VO.

If afraid to talk to his boss maybe ask a colleague who does a similar job, get him to write a letter detailing the duties and then provide a statement detailing why you can't get a letter
