Do all forms have to be typed or printed in black ink? or can some be typed and some be printed?
 
You can do what ever you like.Just black ink.You can type half print half.
 
and if I print, and make a mistake, is white out ok to use?
 
Yes but most people have downloaded a couple copies use one as your rough and the other for your final.
