This is regarding a legal issue related to me and my wife. My wife left my home 3 years back and I have asked for divorce several times but she is not ready for divorce. In one way she is not returning back and she is also not ready for divorce. In my country it is easy for a girl to divorce as she can go to the court directly but for a guy to apply for divorce he has to wait for 3 years and go through several steps and finally the case will be in the court. The change of this unfair law is still under discussion in the assembly. So after waiting for 3 years and say being elligible to apply in the first step now after 1 year the case will be in the court from my side.I have no communication with her too. She has been lingering the case in sort of revenge by taking advantage of the present law.
The beginning of this year I came to know from a source that she is in Canada. The source says she has gone there as a student and another source says she has got PR and her parents also dont say about it.
I would like to know is it possible to know the type of Visa she has entered to Canada from the authorities in Canada.
I would like to know the marital status she has put in entering Canada. If she is married to another guy there and has been lingering case can I apply for marriage fraud and ask for compensation.
