Hi im from the U.S & want to visit Canada on a two way ticket, Im going to see my Girlfriend that lives in Canada
& she provides lodging & food for my stay, however im not a worker in the U.S currently, & have no plans on coming to work in Canada & only Visiting Canada to maintain my Relationship with my Girlfriend. Should I have any problems out of the CIC with a Two Way ticket
I have no Criminal Convictions.

It's always possible you could have issues. It really depends on a variety of factors which can include how long you plan on staying in Canada, what ties you can demonstrate to the US and what CBSA officer you encounter when you enter Canada. If your trip is of a reasonable length and typically of a visitor to Canada (i.e. a couple of weeks) - you should have no issues.
