I was wondering if the selection process is solely based on the points a person has, or if something subjective is also considered ?

For example, if I have two Masters degrees, both from Top US universities (Georgia Tech: ECE, and USC: CS), it doesn't increase my points (I only get points for one Masters degree I think), but will it give me an edge during selection ?

Masters from Harvard University and Masters from Anywhere University score the same points on CRS after ECA is done.

Oh bummer .. Does it at least give me an edge in trying to apply for multiple profession categories or something ? And kind of advantage anywhere ?

You'll likely have an edge in the job market but not in the immigration process. Good luck!

I hope so ... Thanks for the info guys !
