Two questions about translations of passport stamps:

1) Does anyone know where I can find an official translator for Thai and Lao passport stamps? Cheap is a real advantage.

2) Am I correct that this phrase below:

Provide photocopies of the biographical pages of all passports and/or travel documents (valid and cancelled) for the relevant four (4) year period immediately preceding the date of your application,

Also, provide photocopies of any renewal pages of the passport(s)/travel document(s).

means that if a passport was valid during the relevant period, ALL of its pages need to be submitted? Or does it mean that only the pages stamped with travel dates during the relevant period need to be submitted? I have a bad feeling that it is the former of these . . .

I guess you are preparing to apply, if that's the case you do not need to translate any page and you re not required to send the stamped pages. I'm assuming that your bio pages are written in local language + English. If it's not in English or French then you need to translate but ONLY the bio pages( usually the 1st and sometimes the 2nd page ) and also the renewal pages which is the pages where they put a new expiry date for your passport if you did renew it.

That would be great! I assumed that 'travel documents' meant visas; and that since my passport had extra pages put into it once, that these might be the 'renewal pages'. But reading it again, I think you're correct.

So are all the applicants posting about translations people who have to submit additional information as part of an RQ?

Correct. And travel document means the document you use to travel, usually it's a passport.
