Hi everyone,
In 2019 and 2020, I have submitted one paper-based provincial nominee PR application and CEC EE PR application respectively. In Nov 2020, I have received my CoPR, and I have received my new SIN and everything. But, I have not withdrawn my paper-based PR application yet. I wanted to wait until my PR card arrives (I mailed my photos on Nov 2020), but it is taking a lot longer than I am thinking.
Should I withdraw the paper-based PNP PR application now? Or should I wait for my PR card? If I should withdraw now, how should I proceed with it? Please advise.
