Two photos - Requirements, does the photographer need to do this?

Hi there

I have had my photos taken but the photographer did not have a stamp to stamp the date and address. He gave me a card to handwrite it myself. Is this OK to do? Or do they definitely need to handwrite it?

From the requirements:

"The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable."

Technically the photographer is supposed to handwrite it, not you... but ultimately CIC has no way of knowing which of you wrote it, so it should be fine for you to write.

When i had mine done the photographer did stamp on the back but just a stamp giving their address and then a stamp showing a space for my name..they didnt actually write my name or my date of birth, i did.

My app is in process, but it wasn't returned.
