Two or More Certificate (Indian Higher Secondary)

I have 4 year's Bachelor Degree from Indian University. So can I use the Indian Higher Secondary (+2/12) as Second Certificate for Two or More Certificate category

No, you cannot.

The studies must be post-secondary.

Also you need an ECA, if not already completed, to get assessment as a degree. As stated above, high school doesn’t count as two or more.
