If you have applied with two NOC in same application means 99% rejection.

Not necessary!

Dear MASunny

Dubai base lawyer who have representative of above 1000 successful applicant for FSW , He told that if you show more than one NOC in same application means rejection because they do not accept and believe different different job duties in same application. you have tow applied with one NOC in which you have more experience.

He might be right if these NOCs are entirely different. For example NOC 0213 relates to 0013 or 2171 or 2147 all sub NOCs of main branch. Such as you started your career as Systems Analyst, Computer Engineer, IT Consultant, then finally became Systems Manager or Senior Manager Systems.

That lawer is talking bull shit .
You can have 10 NOC code , if provide proper experience letter and experience are real , with atleast 1 code in there skill shortage then you will qualify (depending you getting 67 pass mark )

I am sorry but I fail to understand why multiple NOCs should be an outright rejection! CIC itself has made it possible to state the NOCs you want to apply for, IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE-this is what makes the diffrerence. So if for instance you are a dentist but along the way worked as a social worker, you can apply with both NOCS provided they are on the list. You will provide experience letter for each. But on one of the forms, (cn't remember which) you state Dentist as your first choice and then SW as second. CIC will assess your file first based on the info for a dentist if not satisfied, they assess you as a SW. it is only when you don't meet either requirement will u get rejection... Not the mere fact that you listed 2 NOCs.
My advise to those engaging consultant should also do their own research, that is why there is a guide for the application..consultants sometimes make terrible mistakes at the detriment of the applicants whommay have pair huge sums of money. Wish you the very best!

To be honest this lawyer is BS.
It seems that he/she wants to reduce his/her workload.

With a single NOC the case becomes less complicated and hence less of paperwork on their side.

Hrsdc states that these codes can be used for guidelines.
And most of the people will have more than one NOC in their life time of employment.
Consider for eg an engineer or technician who is also trained for quality control like(ISO, TPM, 6 sigma, etc)
He can easily claim experience in 1122 and his respective engineering field.

A dancer can be a singer and an actor and also a writer.
An athelete can be a coach.

If you don't know the criteria plz don't make any claims.....

go thru the forms........CIC has provided almost space for 7 NOCs to be specified in the same appln......even in the CIC website they have asked us to provide the NOCs for past 10 yrs.....

the imp thing is to provide all the information you have and not fake anything

I was applied with two NOC's and waiting for PPR1.

Sunny,

If the person has multiple NOC , then he cannot present in single NOC to make the case simple. This way he needs to make bogus NOC keeping 1 NOC for case purpose.

If you have relevant experience, then its fine. Many of my friends in Dubai had 2 NOC and they travelled to Canada.

Regards
Cool

you are absolutely right, the form has about 10 spaces for different NOCs, these discussions are due to the unawareness of procedures.
