Hey everyone,

So I have got a job for which I am qualified to get my PR. I do it on the weekdays, but I am thinking of getting the same job at another company during the weekend so that I can have some extra cash and thus, pay back my education loans faster.

My current job is a full time job and the new one will be a part time one.

My question is that do these part time hours will be counted toward my overall experience of 1960 hours? And if they do, can I apply for my PR early?

Thanks in advance!

they will both count as long as u reach minimum of 1year towards ur experience. any experience obtain before 1 yr, doesn't count and btw, its 1950hrs

So I have to work for 1 year regardless of when I complete those hours? If I will have two jobs, then I will have 50 hrs per week. So that's 39.2 weeks to complete those hours.

Another question - I was working at a position which was not eligible for PR for 2 months and then I got promoted to my current job. Can I count those two months for my PR if my employer can give me the letter including those two months?

u still need to get employment letter for those 2 months but it won't count towards ur experience if it is not under skilled occupation
