Two ircc accounts

I had an account at the time of my student visa , i applied my work permit everything through the Gc key account.
Now i came to realize that the one opened with my sign in partner is a new account with express entry profile, will this be a problem .
Pleas help me with your replies

I had an account for my study permit, which was handled by the agency that helped me with my process. Then I created a new one for my PGWP and I've been using that one ever since without any issues.

Thanks a lot! That's the exact same situation that I am in haha. I was concerned about whether I should withdraw my PGWP application and reapply using the account created by my agency. Thank you for your help!
