two challenge questions of Self-employed under FSW! please help.......

Here are my questions

1 I found company two years ago, but i hold study permit. Did it count as valid 2 year work experience when i have full time study in university? Could it get points to enter the EE pool?

2 for the new policy of EE, will reference letter from my clients get 200 CRS points in additional points part of EE to out of the pool? reference letter is as same as job offer letter to get points for self-employed? (I am Self-employed, no job offer letter.)

1. No. Any work experience gained while studying in Canada cannot be counted.
2. No - it won't. That's not a job offer.

I have similar question, do the foreign work experience counts while pursuing full time education.... like for example I was student from jan-2010 to jul-2012 and work experience from jan 2011 to dec-2014...this over lapping can be a problem????
