two application can make confuse CIC ????

i applied pnp recently got file no
i allied express entry ( under CEC ) for ITA
So if i get ITA if i apply express entry does it will make confused cic or my previous application will get bad effected


pls pls need your advise guys pls

Hi,

I have PR filled last year but i did not get my result till now. I dont know what will be the CIC final outcome.
Can i filled express entry meanwhile as i am seeing my total point is above 1000.
Please advice as i dont know whether i can filled 2 application in process or not
